The GPO File Sharing application allows government customers and vendors to share files with GPO's Publishing and Print Procurement employees and other select divisions. Contact information for these divisions can be found here.

When registering or sharing files with a GPO employee, please ask them which office should be selected.

REALIGNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT:
GPO recently realigned the print procurement teams across our business unit in order to strengthen and streamline our internal operations. We have moved from having individual regionally based offices to a single, nationwide GPO contracting team with four separate procurement divisions, each focusing on various types of specialized contracting. See Circular Letter 1173 .

Complete the registration process by selecting the appropriate registration link below. Complete the registration page and ensure all required fields have been filled in prior to clicking submit. Clicking submit will send a “new registration” notification to the GPO office selected.
GPO will review the registration.
GPO will approve the registration. Once approved, an automated confirmation will be sent with instructions to the registered email.
The user will be able to upload files to share with a specific GPO office/team and can download files that have been shared with them from the GPO File Sharing application.
